Sold 5 Units in San Diego for approximately $900,000 plus 3 Units in East San Diego for approximately $475,000.
Rico found me two great investment properties in San Diego. Both purchases were part of a rather complicated 1031 Exchange. He worked diligently with the exchange company and my lender to get them both closed together and on time. His Mortgage Broker background was extremely valuable, crunching all the numbers insure a good return. In all my 30 plus years of buying and selling real estate, I do not know of any Realtor who is as good a negotiator or is as good at oversees all the transaction details, as Rico Alexander. He always comes through. I could not recommend a better Realtor than Rico Alexander.
